   This decorating tool set arrived in about 2 weeks. All 8 pieces are intact, however the tips of some are lower quality, with minor defects or ridges. I’m hopeful that I can trim, or smooth, the defects. The tips come out – I assume that is for cleaning or customizing. *I am not a professional baker/cake decorator.* Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase. *I did not have any communication with store*
